System Analyst

As a Systems Analyst at Our Client project, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the systems that keep our business running smoothly. This will involve working closely with various teams to understand their needs and goals, and using your technical expertise to design and implement solutions that meet those needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies, including hardware, software, and networks. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting existing systems, as well as developing new systems and processes as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mid 80-130 PLN / per hour + vat (B2B) 
Senior 130-180 PLN / per hour + vat (B2B)

Role

  • Building modern processes for customers in traditional banking (branches, contact centers)
  • Designing in a mature way with an understanding of the needs and targeting them to customer satisfaction
  • Development of solutions delivered to the business and systems architecture

Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in IT)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in an IT project as a system analyst, preferably in the financial industry
  • Ability to analyze client needs and functional requirements
  • Ability to model IT systems
  • Very good knowledge of integration issues (SOA, Web Services: REST and SOAP) and tools like SoapUI, Postman, Swagger
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Good knowledge of Kibana
  • Ability to design solutions based on microservices
  • Ability to work with Jira and Confluence tools
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of UML

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architect tool (possibly other CASE tool)
  • Knowledge of issues related to architecture of distributed IT systems
  • Knowledge of UX/UI issues
  • Ability to read source code with understanding in C++ or other object-oriented language
